My husband and I went to get our money back on a defective product. We got to Customer Service and the clerk by the name of Heather was a little rude. We asked to speak to her boss and her name is Vicki she was also rude. We asked to speak with the manager. His name was Edgar. He took care of the problem, however, he allowed Heather the clerk to speak almost gang slang attitude towards me and he told my husband (who was defending me) that he was not allowed to talk to his clerk that way. I am handicapped in one of their handicapped scooters, go in there all the time. And, I have to put up with this? Maybe it was because the new manager wasn’t in the store on that day. As my husband and I were leaving guess who we saw coming back from their break together? Heather and Vicki very good friends. Not only does the customer service stink, but the product that we finally was able to give back had what was calle “a policy sheet.” However, that policy is unknown to the cashiers, so they can’t inform you that there is a no return on items like this SENIOR CITIZENS PRODUCT.  The reason why we got our money back is we were going to call our bank to stop the transaction.
